CarolinaGrowl.com reports that defensive tackle Maake Kemoeatu, the Panthers top run stuffer is unlikely to play against the Giants because of an ankle injury.
Kemoeatu missed practice Wednesday and was on crutches earlier this week.
That's very good news for whoever runs the ball for the Giants on Sunday night.
The winner of the Giants-Panthers game will have home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs.
